Hayden Research Campus is ideally located directly off Route
2, less than 5 minutes from Cambridge and the Alewife Red Line
T Station. The area is one of the most prominent life science
hubs in the country. Leading pharmaceutical companies such
as Takeda Pharmaceutical Company are nearby. Lexington is
part of the Massachusetts “Super Cluster,” which has become
the headquarters of dozens of drug development companies
that have created thousands of biotech and pharmaceutical
jobs over the past decade.

The additon of a new 213,890-square-foot, ground-up, life
science building at 75 Hayden will provide a unique and sought-
after balance of functionality, flexibility, and design within a
thriving epicenter of research. This LEED certified four-story,
Class A laboratory building will feature:
• Floor plates that for allow flexible subdivision
• Robust, lab ready, central mechanical systems that are able
to accommodate multiple life science uses
• Exterior wood phenolic paneling complements the serenity
of the woods while minimizing visual disturbance
• Metal and glass accents contrast and highight the high tech
science use
