the Next 7 Days - Fitness Marketing
already thought they had the answers and they weren’t willing to
do everything that was absolutely necessary to make it work. I
just think that’s ridiculous. Obviously the government is not going
to bail us out. It hasn’t happened. Nothing has really changed
“from the top” to help anyone. You’re on your own. You’ve got to
do it. You’ve got to make it work and you can make it work and
you can be phenomenally successful. There are fitness
professionals and coaching professionals out there that are
making not only $50,000 a year, but $100,000 a year, $200,000 a
year, and I actually just talked to some people this week that are
making $1 million a year as a fitness pro. It’s true. It doesn’t
happen that often, but if they can do it, you can do it too.
So, No. 7, Get off your butt. Stop your lame excuses. Stay away
from fun suckers, naysayers, energy vampires, and PITAs. All

Here’s what I want you to think about: Remember, these are all
immediate action items to put money in your pocket this week –
this week, which means that you have to take action NOW! As
soon as this lesson is over, you have to take action. If you don’t,
then you might as well hang out with the PITA people and just
whine and complain because nothing is going to happen. But if
you take immediate action as soon as this lesson is over and
continue to action until you get exactly what you want, you have
no right to complain.
There’s something else here I want you to think about. The types
of actions you take for long-term success are often very different
than actions for immediate success. It is true that the things that
you are going to do that you learned in this lesson will have
definitely an immediate effect on the number of clients you get
and the money you put in your pocket. There’s no question. It
will also help you in the long term. However, overall, there are
specifically different strategies for short-term success and
immediate cash and creating long-term wealth and a strategy for
developing your ideal life and your ideal business. It reminds me
of a story I tell – and I’ll be brief because I can’t stand long drawn
out stories, but here’s a short one:
