Company and Local Association
Complete all required new licensee meetings and training required by your company and local and state association .
Complete company specific onboarding processes , meetings and orientation training .
Review and become familiar with all forms and processes provided by your company to conduct real estate business .
Order and obtain name badge , business cards and blank note cards .
Review and update your “ My Profile ” information . Ensure your profile picture is uploaded , contact information is correct , and all social media accounts are connected .
LearnCenter Pre-work Training : Enroll and complete the following : Quick Start Essentials ( QSE ) Four Step Business Plan ( Popular Content for Agents ). SAGE CRM Training ( videos , reference guide and other documentation ). Marketing REsource Training ( Overview video , Tutorials and Reference Guide ).
SAGE CRM Assignments :
Ask your accountability coach to demonstrate the process for adding contacts ( if needed ).
Manually add yourself as a Contact and make sure Engagement Plan is Opted In ( unchecked ).
Review system assigned Tasks that are added to your Contact record .
Marketing REsource Assignments :
Marketing REsource / Personal Profile : o Verify all information is correct . o Set correct time zone . o Set up and link your social media accounts .
