Scott Dureau joins Roosters
Catalan Dragons halfback Scott Dureau has left Catalan and joined Sydney Roosters on a loan until the end of the season.
Catalan Dragons recently de-listed Scott Dureau, so that they could sign Sam Williams on a short term deal from St George- Illawarra Dragons.
Catalan Dragons chief executive Christophe Jouffret said "With his desire to play again at the highest level, as well as having reached the quota of foreign players, we have agreed to his request for a release until the end of the season,"
"We preferred to allow him to go to an Australian club rather than a competitor in the Super League against which we could play a qualifying play-off. We felt that this was the best solution so that he can come back even stronger for the last year of his contract."
