Some share their boring daily routines through Twitter in 140 characters or less, share family photos on Facebook, or send text messages at the speed of light. With all these new forms of communication, the tone of a technological message can be confused at times. Emoticons J� are often used to help decipher the tone of the message. However, confusion can often ensue due to the lack of understanding of the tone in a message.
