Robus India’s association with Nugenic Pharma
R
ohit Aggarwal from Nugenic
Pharma bought a folder-gluer
from Robus India in 2018. Ac-
cording to Aggarwal, the machines sold
by Robus India are best to cater to the
increasing demands in the market. Ac-
cording to him, Robus doesn’t just sell
machines, it sells the future vision.
Extremely happy with the solution his
company has received from Robus, Ag-
garwal of Nugenic says that he has decid-
ed to form an agreement that any invest-
ment by them in post-printing packaging
equipment from hereon will be done from
Robus India, its representatives or any of
its sister concerns in future.
“We’re extremely happy with the
folder-gluer we had purchased from
Robus last year. The post-sale service
from the company is also phenomenal.
The machine has been up and running
for many months now. We have been
able to increase our output, thanks to
the folder-gluer we bought from Robus.
These days, the demand is increasing
and the profit margins are reducing.
This is compelling us to keep a tab on
our expenses. The machine is afford-
able and has a high productivity. We
look forward to this association with
Robus,” says Aggarwal.

Om Vir optimistic despite industry’s bleak financial condition
Om Vir Print O Pack sells four machines at Printpack 2019
E
stablished in 1999, Mumbai-based
Om Vir Print O Pack manufac-
tures, exports and imports die-cut-
ting machines. The company is also into
the trading business of these machines. It
imports machines from China, Vietnam,
Taiwan and Korea. Om Vir currently im-
ports all the postpress equipment that it
sells. At the Printpack India 2019 show,
the company has sold four machines,
which include its binding equipment, ther-
mal lamination machine and a 3D printer
from a Korean manufacturer.
The machines have been sold to a
jewelry company based in Mathura.
“Participation at Printpack is kind of
huge for us. We have a lot of expec-
tations from the show. We know that
there is a lot of scope for us to show our
machines to a wide cutomer base and
probably crack some deals at the show
as well. We are doing our best and have
received a number of enquiries so far.
All in all, we expect to earn at least Rs.
2 crore through our participation at the
show,” says Viren Shah, managing di-
rector of Om Vir Print O Pack.
The company shared that it received
most enquiries on Sunday, 3 February.
Shah said that he was very happy to see
the huge footfall at the show and every
member of his team was constantly en-
gaged with visitors and potential cus-
tomers throughout the day. Apart from
Printpack, the company has participated
in Pamex, Print Fair and Print Expo in
the past. “The printing industry has a lot
of potential. India has a huge population
and the country is full of opportunities. I
believe that there is immense scope here
and we’re very optimistic right now. We
ended 2018 on a high note and we expect
2019 to be as auspicious as the last year.
The financial position in the industry is
not well balanced and hence the condi-
tion is a little bleak. Nevertheless, with
the enquiries we’ve received at Print-
pack, we think the demand has not yet
died,” Shah concludes.
