Race one was wet and after changing tyres countless times, unfortunately I came off on the first lap as a combination of sketchy conditions and misfortune putting an end to my first race.

Race two was still to come so I was hoping to get some good points to deflect the loss of the earlier race and keep my position at the upper end of the championship standings.

Race two got off to a better start.

Although I started from seventh on the grid due to my earlier crash, within a few laps I was up to second battling away for the lead with a group of riders. But, once again I was hit with a bit of bad luck.

On lap eleven at turn one, I just rubbed the leaders rear tyre causing me to slide off putting a premature end to the weekend.

It was a very frustrating end to what started off as a promising weekend but on a positive note, particularly for my sponsors we were getting a lot of coverage from the commentators at the races which is always a plus point!

Thankfully my two wins in round one mean I haven't dropped too far down the leaderboard and there's still a lot of the season to go and time to get back into the rythm.

I cant wait get back out at Knockhill for my home round of the British Junior Super Sport Championship and would like to say a big thank you to all my sponsors because without them I wouldn’t be able to race.
