“Being a huge Tolkien Fan I’ve always wanted to go on an adventure so just like the hobbit I was there and back again. 1635miles in 53hrs of there and back again!! I posted all my stuff off and had my Iron Hog ratified! There’s still time to get involved and help Freddie out on his own Just Giving page. From this Hobbit on a Harley thank you all for following my progress and supporting me all along the route! Now to plan the next one!”
What’s next for Ben and Freddie?
Freddie is going for his treatment in the USA in September and for now Ben is just trying to get the feeling back in fingers. He’s also planning his next big trip by going on a few smaller ones including a trip to Yorkshire to hand over the funds to Freddie at the end of July and of course Thunder in the Glens in August.
We’ll catch up with him again next month.
