Fitness Program?
The Court Club is a participating SilverSneakers Facility
SilverSneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps
older adults take greater control of their health by
encouraging physical activity and offering social events.
As a Silver Sneakers member, you have FREE
membership at the Court Club (excluding use of
our courts).
Unlock the door to greater independence and a healthier
life with SilverSneakers. Health plans around the country
offer SilverSneakers, an award-winning program to
people who are eligible for Medicare or to group retirees.

Just call your healthcare provider to find out if they are
affiliated with Silver Sneakers. Current plans that are
affiliated include: CDPHP, MVP Gold, Empire Blue
Cross Blue Shield, Blue Shield of NENY, Humana,
Wellcare, Secure Horizons.
The Court Club has been in business since 1978 and has
had the same ownership since its inception. It started
strictly as a racquetball club and became the premiere
court sport facility in the capital region. Since that time
the Court Club has expanded the activities it offers to
members and the general public, including various
group fitness classes, such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and
more. In addition, the club has a fully equipped weight
room and cardio and offers personal training as well.
The club has a very family-friendly atmosphere and
caters toward adults.
