Notice something new about our cover?
In an effort to meet our readers’ & advertisers’ changing needs we
have redesigned our logo to ‘55+ Living Guide’. We feel our new logo
captures the spirit of our modern day aging population. Let’s face it,
no one likes to think of themselves as a senior. Our target market is
those over 50, who by 2015 will represent 45% of the U. S. population
(AARP). It is all part of our effort to become the areas complete guide
and resource to Independent Living, Retirement Living, Continuing
Care options and those products and services that make aging safer,
healthier and more enjoyable.
Along with rolling out our new logo, we have many other exciting
changes to share including a new & improved Quick Check Guide, a
glossary of housing terms, a new cover… and much more. We also
recently launched our website, www.55PlusLivingGuide.com where you
can find the information you need right at your fingertips. Please check
us out. You will find this issue provides you with educational resources,
leisure articles and educational articles. Whether you are an adult child
caring for your elderly parent(s), an empty nester or a more advanced
senior our goal is to provide the resources our readers are looking for in
terms of housing/retirement living options, in-home care solutions and
other senior related services and products.
