This incorporates office, industrial, medical, retail, residential & high value manufacturing buildings located in strategic locations.
The quality of the buildings and the caliber of the occupiers has created a robust income stream.
As long-term holders of property, our strategy is to choose prime locations and design and complete buildings to a very high standard allowing for maximum flexibility.
As well as benefitting our tenants, this maximises the long-term return on our properties. We continuously invest through regular maintenance and upgrade programmes to ensure that they continue to meet the needs of our tenants and contribute positively to the location.
In addition to building our new buildings to the highest current sustainability standards, we have an ongoing investment programme for our older buildings to continuously improve their energy ratings by investing in updating M & E installations and improving BER ratings.
