The Halfmoon Building, Cork City The Half Moon Building is located in the heart of Cork ' s city centre.
Since acquiring the scheme JCD have commenced a comprehensive refurbishment, reimagining the ground floor reception with modern meeting rooms, including newly designed upper floor lobbies and restrooms, and the creation of a central atrium.
This new atrium will enhance natural light and allow flexible floor subdivision from 5,000 to 12,000 sq. ft, and a river-facing terrace on the fourth floor, available to the entire building.
The upgrades will bring the building’ s energy rating to an A3.
