Blarney Business Park is a strategically located business campus set in over 70 acres with direct access to the N20 and just 6kms north of Cork City. The Park originally commenced construction in the mid 2000’ s and has seen significant investment since being acquired by JCD in 2018.
The park has become a well-established location for a variety of business types from transport and logistics to high value manufacturing and show room uses, serving both Multinational and indigenous occupiers. JCD Group has, in recent years, completed over 500,000 sq. ft of new buildings in Blarney Business Park with occupiers including Merck, DHL, doTERRA, Nisbets, Park Place Technologies, FedEx and Paardekooper.
