Data Centres
EPark is a 100-acre site located in Little Island, Cork immediately adjacent to the new Dunkettle Interchange. The site has unrivalled access to the regional ' s power infrastructure being located next to the Castleview electrical substation which is directly fed from the main regional substation in Knockraha.
We have completed the shell and core construction of the DC1 building which is 86,000 Sq. Ft and have secured 12MW of grid capacity which will be made live in 2026. This is the first new grid connection to be issued under the new CRU rules.
