BAYERN FAMILY1 0

HH : For you , Frau Duregger , and your generation , social media is a big issue – is FC Bayern up to date in that respect ? Lisa Duregger : I find new and exciting insights into the club on social media every day . The website constantly provides information . I feel very well looked after . Klaus Lunzner : I may be part of the older generation , but I have the FCB app on my smartphone and the first thing I do at the start of the day is scour the internet for anything that ‘ s being reported about FC Bayern . Lars Voigt : WhatsApp is my favourite information channel . FC Bayern is on the ball there . I come from the mountain biking world , where there are lots of clips on social media that don ‘ t necessarily explain things , but simply show highlights . Ewald Manz : For example , a reel of goals scored by Jamal Musiala ? Lars Voigt : Yes , that would be a good example to apply to FC Bayern . HH : The fact that you come from the mountain biking world explains your thighs . Before this meeting , you told us with a grin that two of your favourite player Thomas Müller ‘ s thighs make up one of yours . Herr Lunzner , you ‘ re sitting next to him : Can you check that , please ? Klaus Lunzner : Wow ! Yes , it ’ s true . Well built ! ( everyone laughs ) HH : Speaking of Thomas Müller – how important are these kinds of identification figures to you ? Corinna Krieger : I have to stand up for a moment and take off my basketball jacket ( she ’ s wearing a Thomas Müller jersey underneath – ed ). My favourite player in 125 years is
A valuable exchange of views : Christoph Riegel , Hans Behrend , Klaus Lunzner , Lisa Duregger , Herbert Hainer , Ilana Lubelski , Lars Voigt , Ewald Manz , Corinna Krieg , Ingrid Neumeier and Andrea Meixner ( from left ).
Andi Ottl , but Thomas simply expresses himself freely and has his heart in the right place . He ’ s unique . Ilana Lubelski : If there was one good thing about COVID , it was it was that we could hear him so clearly . Ewald Manz : Radio Müller ! Ilana Lubelski : But it wasn ’ t just that he said something – above all , it was what he said . You could see how he made a lasting impression on his teammates . I also think he ‘ s a unique link between the old and young fan generations . Thomas Müller simply has the Bayern gene – and you don ‘ t just get that by pulling on the jersey . My fervent wish would be that you integrate him into the club after he retires as a player . He belongs here . ( everyone agrees ) HH : And how does the group view a transfer like Harry Kane ’ s ? Andrea Meixner : FC Bayern has to continue to be able to afford players like him , otherwise we won ‘ t be able to compete on the international stage . Ingrid Neumeier : The decisive factor is that FC Bayern can afford such players . Harry Kane motivates his teammates . Ewald Manz : And he doesn ‘ t go around acting like a superstar . He quickly integrated himself into the team . HH : How do you see the issue of identity ? Ewald Manz : I ’ m proud of FC Bayern ‘ s identity . It ‘ s about team spirit , professionalism , open-mindedness and respect . Everything here is focused on performance and success , and yet it ’ s always done with a human touch .
Lisa Duregger , 16 , travelled all the way from South Tyrol with her parents .

I WAS SCEPTICAL ABOUT HARRY KANE AT FIRST – BUT HE IMMEDIATELY BECAME ONE OF US , WITHOUT QUESTION
