REGISTRATION
All bidders must register and bid by using a bidder number . Register ahead of time by bidding on Paddle8 . Onsite bidder registration is free and will be available at 11:00 am the day of the auction on the porch of the Fischer Photography Center .
ASSURED BUY
To guarantee that you are the successful bidder on a Curator ’ s Choice or Live Auction item , you may enter your bidder number on Paddle8 starting July 22 at 9:00 am MDT and immediately own the piece . The Assured Buy price is set at a premium above the fair market value of the piece . The portion paid for an item above the fair market value is a tax-deductible gift to Anderson Ranch . If you are interested in owning a certain item in the Curator ’ s Choice or Live Auction , we highly recommend bidding on Paddle8 . Silent Auction works will be available for bidding on the day of the Auction .
SILENT AUCTION : MULTIPLE ROOMS
The silent auction is comprised of two rooms in the Wyly Painting Building . Both rooms open at 11:00 am MDT and close at 2:30 pm MDT on August 6 .

CURATOR ’ S CHOICE
The Curator ’ s Choice Auction is located in the back section of the Wyly Painting Building . It will open at 11:00 am MDT and close at 2:30 pm MDT on August 6 .
LIVE AUCTION
The live auction will begin at 12:00 pm MDT sharp on August 6 . Bid by raising your bidder paddle so the auctioneer or a bid spotter may accept your bid . The highest bid acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be deemed a legal contract to purchase the item by that bidder . A bid runner will bring an invoice to the winning bidder for signature .
SHIPPING
Millennium Pack & Ship will be on hand to provide shipping services should you wish to ship your items . The cost of packaging and shipping services is additional and must be settled separately with Millennium Pack & Ship . Insurance arrangements are strictly between the purchaser and Millennium Pack & Ship .
