The sizes of all 3-D works are quoted as overall dimensions. Listings of dimensions for 2-D work generally reflect the image
size, not the framed size. Although we make every effort to ensure the correctness of data, we disclaim responsibility for
any errors or omissions, such as unintended technical inaccuracies or typographical errors in the materials.

ARTWORK PURCHASES

PAYMENT INFORMATION
The highest bidder for each item will be responsible for payment on the day of the auction by cash, check or credit card
(American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa).
All sales of tangible goods are subject to the collection of sales taxes for the State of Colorado, Pitkin County and the Town
of Snowmass Village.
Proof of shipping out-of- state is required for non-taxable transactions. Millennium Pack & Ship; onsite team will provide this
to the purchaser upon payment of shipping services.
Anderson Ranch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The amount you pay over the fair market value may be deductible as a charitable
contribution. Consult your tax advisor.

After paying for your purchases at the check-out station located on the Fischer Photography Center porch, you may take your
work with you, arrange shipping with Millennium Pack & Ship, ship onsite, or pick up the piece by Wednesday, August 12
in the Patton-Malott Gallery. Alternate shipping or pick-up arrangements may be made by contacting Hailey Walsh at (970)
923-3181 x 227. Items left after August 12, without alternative arrangements, will be deemed Ranch property and without
alternative arrangements, will be shipped to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.
