As a Human Resources specialist you will be part of a team that plays a vital role in ensuring that the RAF runs smoothly and efficiently . Having received excellent training in administrative and personnel support you will assist members of the RAF in the following areas : recruitment , professional training and development , service discipline , community support , welfare and finance and accounting . Additionally you will assist with the administration of personnel movements and pay .
