To recruit , train , and deploy Reservists in logistics roles to support The Royal Air Force on exercises and operations at home and abroad . 504 Squadron deliver the following Roles :

Why should you apply to be a driver with 504 Squadron ?
As a 504 Squadron Driver your responsibilities include the collection and delivery of personnel and equipment around the world in support of operations . We will train you in the operation of Minibuses , HGV , Coaches and Specialist Aircraft Handling Vehicles . You will also be taught to drive off-road in our Land Rover , MAN SV and Battlefield Ambulance . Your role is to ensure that Royal Air Force exercises and operations are fully supported 365 days of the year . To Join as a Logistic driver a full UK Driving Licence ( B Class ), is required .
