STEP 3 :

You then need two strips of thick cardboard , about 20 cm by 3 cm , to operate the hands . These should be fixed with tape to the outside of the card ( see figure 2 ).

STEP 4 :

With the ‘ hands ’ card open write a message across the base of both hands , which becomes visible when the card is open . Use paints , coloured pencils or crayons to decorate the inside and the outside of the hands ( see figure 3 ).

STEP 5 :

Choose a quiet moment , then present your friend with their wonderful , unique congratulations card . Then give yourself a round of applause – you fabulous BFF , you !
