Q: The Gospel Boys could be considered role models for anyone who has started their walk. What advice would you give a new believer?
"I ain't never going back! No Way No How!"
A: We would tell new believers
to simply be SINCERE. Consider this walk a marriage, be faithful and give God the sincere love. He longs for and He deserves, don't try to customize your walk, live wholeheartedly be obedient and hang on to faith! We get access to God by faith.
Q: What advice would you give someone who has given their life to Christ but is now no longer walking with the Lord?
A: Consider the prodigal son. He strayed away from God and did his own thing. After living foolishly he ran out of money and had to resort to eating out of the pig's pen! Based on this parable, was strayin away from God worth it? NO! God gives our lives meaning and purpose! Without God we are nothing, tomorrow isn't promised, you have to get it right today you just got to have faith! What is worth neglecting your walk with God?
Q: We noticed that you mention that we should stop trying to sin less and love God more. Can you please elaborate?
A: when you fall deeply in love with God, you will sin less! We shouldn't be focused on sinning less, we cannot manage sin, sin was meant to be destroyed! TRYING to sin less is self-reliance, and self-dependency! we can't do our best to sin less because our natural desire is to sin, and our best isn't good enough, everyday should be based on "Lord how can i please you" not, "Today i will do my best not to sin".
