MIKE DWYER

Michael is a US. Navy Veteran and a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional with more than 30 + years of experience in various industries, having significant roles in maintenance, reliability, asset management, condition monitoring, technical support, service, contract management, training, and product / service development. In his off time, Michael enjoys farming, classic cars, and motorcycle touring.

Following an early retirement, Mark brings over 35 years of experience in maintenance and reliability across diverse industries. He recently joined Mobius Institute North America as an instructor and is accredited as ISO Level II, with Level III certification on the horizon. Mark’ s career includes serving as a Marine Engineer, 13 years in high Arctic icebreaker operations, and 21 years with SKF as a global Condition Monitoring Application Engineer. Throughout his career, he has established numerous condition monitoring and reliability programs and applied advanced diagnostic techniques such as operating

MARK FROGLEY deflection shape analysis, structural natural frequency testing, and multi-plane field balancing as part of precision maintenance practices. He looks forward to supporting the next generation of professionals by sharing his knowledge and handson experience.

SANYA MATHURA

Sanya is the Founder of Strategic Reliability Solutions Ltd based in Trinidad & Tobago and operates in the capacity of Managing Director and Senior Consultant. She works with global affiliates in the areas of Reliability and Asset Management to bring these specialty niches to her clients. She holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MSc in Engineering Asset Management. She is an ICML certified MLE( Machinery Lubrication Engineer) – the first person in the Caribbean. Sanya was also the first female in the world to achieve the ICML Varnish badges( VIM & VPR) and again the first female globally to attain the Mobius FL CAT I certification( as per their public records). She is the only registered Machinery Lubricant Engineer by the Board of Engineering Trinidad & Tobago.
