​Energy Flow - Cindy A. Thursday's 6:30 - 7:45 p.m.

Hatha-based flow yoga class with elements of meditation, mantra, pranayama and kundalini weaved through the practice. Focus on heating with Sun Salutations, core-strengthening, and balance. Appropriate for beginner's and beyond.

Focus and Flow - Cindy S. Wednesday's 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

This class is appropriate for all levels from beginners to more advanced students. Vinyasa Flow is a sequence of poses that links breath with movement. Students begin with sun salutation series and move into standing poses, seated poses and inversions followed by Sivasana.



​Gentle Hatha Yoga - Patricia Thursday’s 6:30 - 7:45 p.m.

This gentle, soothing, fun class is designed to help you joyfully nurture your body and mind. The class combines poses (asanas) to release tension, increase flexibility and balance, and build strength with breathing and relaxation practices to foster internal tranquility and peace. With a slow-paced approach, this class is appropriate for both the beginner and continuing student and people of all levels of flexibility and health conditions.



Gentle Yoga - Kelly Tuesday’s 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. and Saturday’s 10:30 - 11:45 am

This is a gentle beginners level class with a heavy focus on props. We will use chairs, bolsters, blocks and straps to make yoga available to everyone of varying abilities.

Hatha Yoga 1- Cindy, Karen, Holly, Kim - only $10! Saturday’s 9:00 - 10:15 a.m.

A class focusing on blending different yoga styles, techniques and influences to experience a combined benefit for mind and body. Guided meditation, pranayama, kriya practice and asana may be incorporated into the class.

​Hatha Yoga - Level 2 - Rie Wednesday’s 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

Continue to build strength and challenge your flexibility with detailed instruction and guidance. This level 2 class will focus on the use of the bhanda's and alignment for safety. This is not a beginning level class and students should be prepared to be physically challenged.



Hatha Yoga 1- Amy, Kim, Holly, Caitlin, Sarah F. Tuesday’s 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. AND Sunday's at 11:30 with Sarah F.

The goal of Yoga is to create a peaceful mind in an easeful body. Class will include chanting, asana, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation in order to help realize these goals. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as for advanced students, as modifications and variations can be given for both. Discover the joy of being in your body!

Prenatal Yoga - Iderah Monday's 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

This class is relaxed and filled with laughter!. Students are guided through a series of yoga poses designed to enhance breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare for childbirth. In addition to help release tension, restore energy and provide an understanding of your changing body; emphasis is placed on abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness and yoga experience, and for any stage of pregnancy.

Restorative Yoga - Holly - only $10! Sunday's 4:30 - 5:45 p.m.

Explore the perfect pairing of mindfulness and restorative poses. When practiced together they will enhance self- awareness and restore proper body alignment to bring about a sense of balance. Restorative yoga methodology teaches the body to relax through guided anatomical cues and principles of alignment with the assistance of props such as blankets, straps, blocks and bolsters. Open to all levels!

Slow Flow Yoga - Sarah F. - $5.00 FRIDAY'S! Friday's 5:45 - 6:45

​Yin Yoga - Iderah Monday’s- 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students.
