Andre Moncur
My name is Andre Moncur and I'm a 27 year old businessman living in Nassau, Bahamas. I
graduated from St. John's College High School in 2007. I've also attended both college and
university, but
realized learning on my own terms seemed more interesting and gave me the choice of what I
read and focused my attention to; which I enjoy. Since 2012, after taking a huge risk and
deciding to withdraw from university, I've been improving myself professionally
and have joined Toastmasters International and Rotary while self educating myself on
growing businesses and have started a company, Rent To Own Bahamas Ltd. without
financing or borrowed funds.
My ultimate goal is to help with unemployment by teaching other young Bahamians to start
and grow businesses successfully with little capital by leveraging the internet or their time;
and also to be an example to them, so they can have the confidence to know
that they do not need to have a wealthy background, nor a college degree to make a success
of their lives.

Michaela Juanita Munnings also known as “MJ” is a self-motivated, God-fearing, strong
and ambitious young woman. Everyone who knows her will attest to the fact that she is easy
going and has a heart of gold. She is a graduate of Queens College and holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL.
After working in Banking for almost nine years, Michaela took a leap of faith and resigned
from her job in November 2014 to pursue her goals and live life in purpose. She started her
own company, Total Management Group, an administrative and marketing firm with the goal
of making small businesses better. Having launched the MJ brand in 2016, Michaela hosts a series of
annual events such as : The Untapped Toy Chest, Single Moms Rock, and her newest project #Workflow.
She enjoys reading, singing, travelling and shopping, after all, what girl doesn’t?
One of Michaela’s biggest goals is to open a shelter to house and rehabilitate men and women
teaching them basic skills in order to enter the workforce and be productive in society.
Dekel Nesbitt
Dekel '' Bowflex Barbie" Nesbitt, is 22 years young. As an ISSA CPT, 4-year boot camp instructor
and health coach, NPC/BBFF Figure competitor and owner of DRN Fitness, her love for fitness is
unmeasurable. She has been working out for a total of seven years and believes that fitness has
got her through some of the hardest and trying times in her life.
2015 marked the beginning of Dekel's journey into bodybulding thus far she has placed at every
show she participated in , her accomplishments are listed below:
- NPC Southern States- 3rd Novice, 4th open C class
- BBFF Nationals 1st Novice , 1st open C class
- CAC Championships - 1st open C class
-2016 Arnold Amateur - Top 15 'D' Class
-2016 NPC Southern States- 2nd Place Open C Class, 2nd place Novice Open
" After losing my mom to breast cancer in 2014, my world was turned upside down. When I started
the gym that year I found the place where I could be and feel at peace. " Dekel has a passion and
love for music and travel as well. She hope to allow her passions to take her around the world to
meet and inpire- and be inspired by as many people as she can. She is fear-less, and fierce. Hungry,
and humble, Driven and dedicated.
