SEVEN EASY EXERCISES FOR A SIX PACK

The question I find I get asked most often is
‘how can I get a six pack?’ This article will detail
the seven exercises to do in order to get you the
six pack you are after, with the added bonus that
you can do them all in the comfort of your own
home.
How To Get A Six Pack
A chiselled six pack is near the top of every fitness
enthusiast’s wish list. The problem is, a lot of people think that doing a few sit ups a day will get the
six pack they want, but unfortunately, it’s not that
easy. If it was then everybody would have one
wouldn’t they?!
The two main factors to get a six pack are sticking
to a strict diet, and using a specific workout plan
which targets the abdominals. I have designed a
couple of intense workouts which will help get you
on track to your six pack goal.
The workout I will be giving you today has no rest
periods and will take four minutes in total (yes just
four minutes!!)
Exercise One – Crunches – 30 seconds
Lay with your back flat on the ground, feet on the
floor and knees bent to about 45 degrees. Place
your hands behind your head and raise your upper
body whilst keeping your lower back on the floor.
