Dusti Parker, BSN, RN, NCSN
Dusti Parker is the school nurse for West Lauderdale Middle School and
High School. She has been a nurse for 15 years. She graduated from MCC’s
school of nursing and later went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in
Nursing at MUW and passed National Boards to become a Board Certified
School Nurse. She has worked at West Lauderdale for 6 years. She is mar-
ried to Ken, and they have three children. Dusti has always enjoyed caring
for and working with children. Her hobbies outside of work include exercis-
ing, reading and watching her children participate in extracurricular activi-

Patricia Culpepper, RN
Patricia Culpepper, RN, has been a nurse since 1993. She received a Certificate of Practical Nursing
from Meridian Community College, Paramedic Certification from University of Alabama at Birming-
ham, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham,
Alabama. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Ala-
