Reservation shall become effective upon full payment of the invoice amount within the date specified in the invoice. The payment shall be made payable
to Grand Prix International Public Company Limited; current account no. 075-3-00234-4, Bangkok Bank, Ladplakhao branch. Evidence of payment (a copy
of the cheque or pay-in slip) shall be faxed to the attention of Mr. Pansotog Wongsuwan, Grand Prix International Public Company Limited at the number
+66 (0) 2971-6462.
(Juristic persons making service payment have the duty to deduct a 3% withholding tax of 1,000 Baht up from the service price before value added tax.)
Remark:
- Submission of the form during February 24 - March 15, 2016 shall result in a fine of 10% above the invoice amount.
- Submission of the form during March 16 - 22, 2016 shall result in a fine of 30% above the invoice amount.
- Submission of the form later than March 23, 2016 shall result in a fine of 50% above the invoice amount.
- If a breaker is required to be moved from the installed location, a service charge of 5,000 Baht/breaker shall be levied.
- For 24 hour use of electric power, the price shall be increased by 100%. “24 hours” shall be entered in the
“Units required” column.
- Cancellation process requires a written notification 7 days prior the construction day. Any overdue submission will result in
30% refund of the amount charged. The Organizer reserves the right to charge 100% of the invoice amount if the
cancellation request is subm
