Requirements for exhibition area
D1 – D10
B (Building) is the area in which opaque decorative parts could
be constructed based on the outline prescribed by the Organizer
in each drawing, whereby the construction of double storey
booth not higher than 7.00 meters from the original building
floor is allowed provided that calculation detail of its structure
made and approved by an engineer is submitted to the
Organizer for approval before proceeding with the construction.
B1 is the area in which opaque decorative parts is only allowed
up to 2.50 meters from the original building floor whereby the
complete opaque decorative parts structure is strictly prohibited,
the structure must consist of see through decorative parts and
double storey booth not higher than 7.00 meters from the
original building floor is allowed provided that calculation detail
of its structure made and approved by an engineer is submitted
with the drawings.
D (Display) is the area, within a portion of which decorative
parts could be constructed. These parts are divided as follows:
1. Automotive stand not higher than 0.80 meter; and
2. Other decorative parts not higher than 2.00 meters, subject
to attractiveness and un-obscure vision of other booths.
P (Pylon) is the area assigned for installation of a company
name board and / or logo, with the following requirements.
1. The width x thickness x height size of the board shall not
exceed 1.50 x 2.50 x 5.00 meters; and
2. A steel base which measures at least 1.00 meter on each
side shall be installed to support the board. It shall be
strong and capable of holding the board firmly. A carpet
shall be laid on the floor before installing, and the
Organizer’s personnel shall be asked to inspect the
installation before covering the area with flooring material.
F (Floor)
1. Raising the floor from the original floor level is permitted in
the range 0.10 - 0.30 centimeters.
2. After raising the floor, all sharp corners shall be covered
with rubber guard.
3. Booth with raised floor shall have sloped entry and exit
walkways for disable person.
