the momentum with an early Spring Break 2026 campaign that focuses on our feeder markets and the reduction in our minimum length of stay( MLOS) for the holiday. As we transition into the off-season, our marketing efforts are focused on capturing late-Fall and Winter travelers, placing particular emphasis on snowbird bookings and extended stays.
Meanwhile, changes to and enforcement of community curfews and customary use laws regarding beach access continue to unfold across Emerald Coast communities and impact guest stays. While Florida tourism in general has shown resilience in the face of these issues, Okaloosa and Walton Counties are experiencing challenges, especially in regard to beach access. The markets are also dealing with increased VR supply, which has been a challenge.
