The Road Ahead That said , we have a bullish outlook on the Emerald Coast and Forgotten Coast vacation rental markets . It ’ s important to point out that 2024 RevPAR and ADR were up tremendously in 2024 vs 2018 — even though in 2024 we had far more supply than in 2018 and yet similar demand . This clearly demonstrates just how resilient our market is . It is our view that this will always be a special area for the luxury traveling public .
