Hi everyone, my name is Marilyn Holzmann! La la la la laaaaaa! Yes, that is me singing. I am a being that receives downloads, or what some have labeled as channeling. I began in a church setting at the age of 12 singing and doing prophetic/healing singing. I participated in many concerts with Christian known artist as a back ground singer. At that time, I went through some drama with trying to connect god, sin and love. After many years, I realized that we are ALL THAT IS and in this journey I embraced religion appreciating the good of what it has taught me in the area of spirituality and now I embrace the NOW loving all as equal participants in this great spiritual evolution of this planet.
Why did you join 30dac?
I joined the 30 day challenge because I need a way to exercise creating lyrics once again for my own music, which I am still working on and this was a great opportunity to do so. I love the idea of encouraging others in whatever form they are gifted in to show-off and let us see your creation. This was awesome! I expected support, love and encouragement and I received it. The challenge at first was easy and then half way through it became more intense. I decided I really wanted the words to be embraced and therefore took the entire day to seek that which was in me to express.
Interacting with other artists is another beautiful thing about all this. More and more you can see how they grow in the arts, how they feel more freedom to express and how creative people are.
Thank you so much for doing this and giving us a voice and way to bring that inner child out and that greatness of expression via art.
