What do you think is the
most memorable moment in
your career?
In our technical journey, we had hit
many obstacles which many thought
were impossible to overcome.
Although, with our determination
and consistency, we always found
solutions to those problems; such
instances became memorable
moments of my career.
What do you hope to
accomplish in the long run?
We seek to build Nanolitho as a
job-creating-machine and lessons-
learning-venue for both technical
and life. That’s what we want to
accomplish in the long run.
B Sridhar: An Aspiring
Leader
Sridhar was born in Coimbatore,
Tamil Nadu. He completed his
degree in PSG CAS, Coimbatore.
He is the Principal Engineer/
Manager and founder of Nanolitho
technologies. Sridhar has an
experience of over 20 years in
custom RF & Analog Layout Design
including complex SOC, where he
taped out over 50 full custom chip
layouts. He has handled layouts,
whose frequency ranges from DC
to 80GHz. In addition to Layouts,
his expertise includes verification
methodologies, Assembly rule
Checking, Packaging, creating Pcells
and programming in SKILL and
DIVA.
Sridhar started his career with
Texas Instruments where he worked
for about 14 years and has worked
with Qualcomm too. He is known for
training people and mentoring them
in the RF/Analog layout domain.
