Ravi Gunti is a passionate
engineer and strategist and
he is the Founder and CEO of
Smart Enovations. He is the
captain of the ship, leading
from front and is supported by
Senior Founders & Directors Dr.
Bonde and Dr. CVR Reddy. Ravi
Gunti has been instrumental in
developing knowledge base as
well as processes for delivering
their services, complete product
designs and proven prototypes
to world-wide OEM’s working in
modern forefront technologies,
from the Indian subcontinent.
The first interior design of the
high end premium car was
carried out in India under
his stewardship. He is also a
specialist in developing offshore
development centres and
maintaining Strong Client Base.

In the new normal, it is essential to

intermediate stages in the overall

statements. Can you explain
your M&V statements in
brief?
Smart Enovations is a science and
technology application company.
Our mission and vision are
premised on our ability to work
with clients in helping them in
their product development
journey. We have always prided
ourselves in our work culture
and unique ability to overcome
technology and engineering
challenges and provide the best
in class solutions to our clients.
Advances in technologies are
happening much faster these days.
Smart Enovations has kept pace
with the same. We have successfully
achieved growth in niche technology
areas like Robotic Simulation,
Forming Simulation, Automation,
Embedded systems, and IoT areas.
This further cements the fact that in
a short time we are able to support
the world’s best EV OEM directly.
4) What were the biggest
hurdles to building your
business and how did you
overcome them?
The changing technology landscape
always poses a challenge and
customers are often forced to
change course midway due to
technology disruptions. The ability
to absorb the new changes and
adapt quickly is a constant test.
Smart Enovations is consistently
exposing its engineers to work on
complex projects to build their
respective capacities.
Along with the technological
developments, the automotive
industry is moving towards
automated driving and enhanced
passenger experience inside
the cabin. Both of these are
mainly met by physical interior
design as well as provisions for
communications and entertainment.
SE has the expertise to develop
communication equipment as well
as personalized entertainment
solutions. As the needs for different
requirements arise, SE will be able
to use this experience to meet new
requirements effectively.
5) What do you hope to
accomplish in the long run?
Smart Enovations is looking for
emerging digital technologies. These
constitute areas like Automation,
Robotics Simulation, AI and
products in EV technology area
along with our pursuit to expand
to new geographies. We have been
evaluating new markets in line.
We will expand to the Nordics
and Canada as our go-to-market
strategy. We are driven to achieving
productivity improvements through
innovative solutions and products.
Our primary focus presently is to
understand the target markets and
prepare market entry programs for
new geographies.
6) What’s the best thing that
happened to you recently?
Either at work or outside of
it.
We are very excited about the new
technology landscape emerging.
Most recently we worked on
Robotic Production Simulation
systems and are working on Deep
technology & AI solutions suites.
All the above areas help us provide
the new energies to pursue our
growth trajectory. We are looking
forward to new opportunities.
