Ashish VD Thapliyal: Since the beginning of his career, Ashish VD Thapliyal was focused on hard-
coresales. The ambition landed him to sales leader positions in few IT companies, where he looked into
marketing and sales of their products. Being in technology sector leveraged Mr. Thapaliyal with the insights
of managing IT firms successfully, and also a steady capital for his future business. Eventually, he decided to
enter SI business, become an entrepreneur and launched InfoNoble Solution Pvt Ltd.
“We were into systems integration business and I played the role more of a sales leader because that is where
my forte lay. But over a period of time, I brought in more consultants on board to help us better sell our
offerings,” Ashish said.
Rahul Vador: Being a student of Masters in Computer Application, Rahul Vador always belonged
to the technology sector. After working with the telecommunication domain for product research
and development, Mr. Vador was drawn towards becoming an entrepreneur at a very early stage, and
technology sector was the most natural choice.
Speaking of the experience, Mr. Vador says, “This experience of engineering complex and performance-
intensive systems removed the fear of product development. Getting into the business side of software was a
new ball game but equally exciting. This helped me develop a diverse skill-set and management experience
including sales, marketing, design, development, and financial management.”
You should know about where you
are spending your money, before
starting to make arrangements for
it.
Knowing how much capital is
needed and where you will be
spending needs clear understanding
of your business – not necessarily a
detailed business plan, but having
the basic understanding of financial
aspects is recommended. Usually,
making monetary arrangements is
comparatively simple at the end, so
a clear vision can save you from the
troubles that most beginners face
initially.
What do you think is the
most memorable moment in

Putting out an entrepreneur cliché,
there is nothing more memorable
than getting hold of the first client.
There is a sense of achievement
when you know that your solutions
will make others’ lives easier, and
september 2019
they will be willing to pay you
for it. I believe that the customer
gratitude for solving your problem
is unexaggeratedly the greatest
dream for any entrepreneur.
What other business leaders
do you look up to and why,
Mr. Vador?
Mr. Anand Mahindra has always
been my ideal for the phenomenal
balance he maintains between
business and co-curricular
activities. While being a business
tycoon, he doesn’t miss out on
nurturing hobbies – whether it is
movies, reading or even listening to
the Blues. The tennis buff has now
turned towards sailing too!
What other business leaders
do you look up to and why,
Mr. Thapliyal?
Although not a business leader, I
look up to Nitin Gadkari Minister
for Road Transport & Highways
of India and Shipping Ministry
of Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises in the Government of
India. He is known for prowess
in dealing and managing people
alongside fulfilling his ministerial
duties.
As per Mr. Gadkari, successful
people and companies can create
jobs, and he has used this belief to
strengthen employment and growth
in Indian society. If I get a chance,
I would be please to meet him
personally.
What do you hope to
accomplish in the long run,
Mr. Vador?
We are working on developing an
internal history of financial growth
to gain trust of future investors
through the long-term viability of
InfoNoble. An experienced team is
being recruited to take care of this,
and we look forward to taking the
company public in longer run.
