You ’ ve probably always wondered what you would look like as a giant . Haven ’ t you ? Oh , you haven ’ t ? Well , start wondering ( and then immediately stop ), because the time has come – you ’ re going to SUPERSIZE yourself ! Capturing your silhouette on paper , you ’ re going to fill in your ginormous head with loads of artistic details – will you be a friendly giant , or more of a grinds-your-bones-tomake-my-bread-kinda-giant ? Polly can ’ t wait to find out !

STEP 1 : Setting up your shadow
Have a look at picture 1 . Using sticky tack or masking tape , stick your big piece of paper to the wall . Shut out as much light as you can in the room . Take three or four steps away from the paper and stand so the paper is to your side . Ask one helper to shine a torch at the side of your head so that the shadow of your head almost fills the whole piece of paper . The closer the torch is to your head , the more gigantic your shadow will be ! When the shadow is the right size , the helper must hold the torch as still as possible .
