Sick & Sleepless
I suffer terribly from morning sickness . With previous episodes I took Vitamin B6 and a Unisom sleeping pill and it really helped . My problem is that once I stopped taking it I started suffering from terrible insomnia . Are the two supplements related in any way ? Is there another solution for severe morning sickness ?
