You will be paid for your time ; new recruit £ 38.24 a day , rising with seniority and rank to £ 126.39 + a day , travel expenses , you will accrue a non-contributory pension , plus an annual tax-free lump sum bounty of £ 457 rising to £ 1810 after five years .
