You can place orders directly with Lucas Greenhouses by faxing your order to( 856) 881-2502 or emailing your orders to sales @ lucasgreenhouses. com. We want to be sure we get each order correct, so we request all orders be placed in writing, fax or email for best results. We do not accept orders over the phone. No changes may be made to an order within 48 hours of delivery. When faxing or emailing, please be sure to include the following information:

Keep in mind that Lucas Greenhouses is a“ wholesale only” greenhouse. In order to establish an account with Lucas Greenhouses you must have a state TIN or EO and be one or more of the following:

We’ re also excited to offer online ordering this season via ePicas, which can be accessed through our website. Online ordering opens in-season late Thursday night / early Friday morning for placing orders for the upcoming week. It will close by late Wednesday evening at the latest for that week; it can potentially close earlier if we find out sooner that we are booked for that week. Online ordering is for ordering off of the weekly availability only; we do not accept pre-booked orders through the online ordering portal at this time. Any Young Plant or Prefinished orders that you would like to place with Lucas must go through the broker network. Check out our website for a complete list of brokers that we work with. All finished sales should be placed directly with Lucas Greenhouses.

Pickup
Customer Pick-ups are always welcome at Lucas Greenhouses, and there are no minimums on orders placed for pick-up. With a 54 bay loading dock and fully staffed shipping department, we are prepared to handle vehicles of all sizes. You MUST place your order before you pick-up. No Exceptions. You may call ahead and setup a time to view the plants, but no orders can be pulled on demand. We require that orders be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance or by 11am Monday through Thursday the day before you want to pickup. Monday pickups are only available during peak seasons and must be placed by the Friday prior.

Our typical hours of operation are
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.

Availability ab i lity
Every Friday morning we release our availability listings for the upcoming week. You can obtain our availability by fax, email or online at www. lucasgreenhouses. com. Our online availability is updated on a daily basis during peak seasons.
You can find our current availability log-in on our homepage. If you do not have login information yet, you can sign up on our homepage, www. lucasgreenhouses. com. It is highly recommended that the most up-to-date availability is downloaded before placing your order. Our availability can change rapidly during the course of a shipping week.
A pickup for Monday must be placed by 11am the previous Friday.
