Blank Rome’ s Cannabis Practice
Blank Rome’ s cannabis team joined the firm in May 2024, and was among the first in the country to develop and utilize its extensive corporate and finance experience to create a practice specifically targeted to the cannabis industry. The group was formed over a decade ago by Frank Segall and Scott Moskol, who now serve as co-chairs of Blank Rome’ s cannabis practice. Our practice offers an unrivaled experience along with a full scope of services and will continue to expand the legal and business support provided to clients operating in the cannabis space.

Blank Rome’ s cannabis team includes attorneys who each have more than a decade of experience working and building relationships with cannabis clients looking to take advantage of, as well as expand, their opportunities in this emerging area. The team is led by Frank A. Segall and Scott H. Moskol, who launched their dedicated practice in 2013.
