WELL-BEING HIGHLIGHTS
Headspace + Headspace Care Partnership The firm supports the physical and mental health of colleagues and their families by offering free subscriptions to Headspace and the Headspace Care app. Headspace Care provides personalized mental health support through messaging with coaches, video sessions with therapists and psychiatrists, and a collection of mindfulness content to reduce stress, increase focus, and improve sleep quality.
Voyage Partnership for Well-Being Challenges Participating in health challenges and competitions fosters a culture of wellness, encouraging employees to adopt and maintain healthy habits. The firm offers The Voyage app to support health and well-being goals, promoting habits like physical activity, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and more. Challenges included:
