Civil Buildings: bridges
The bridges in the 11th and 12th centuries were easier to build than now. Over time people have put rocks, stones, trunks in the river to be able to cross the river and that meant that they created bridges.
BridgeS in the 11th and 12th century were made of stones and cement.
The first bridge that was made in Valladolid was “El Puente Mayor”. This bridge was built by the Countess.
