Do you do art in other mediums such as color pencil, oil , digi-
tal, sculpting?
I mainly draw in color pencil or charcoal. I think pencil has a lot of
relation to tattooing technique wise, and is a great medium to prac-
tice with so most of my artwork is color pencils.Recently i have
been revisiting oil painting and I’m having a lot of fun, and relearn-
ing my color theory with it.
Besides tattooing, which would you consider your favorite me-
dium??
Color pencils definitely. Faber Castell, Polychromos all the way.
Any plans to travel to other countries including the U.S.?
I have done a few guest spots in all sorts of random places around
the world and I love it. I plan on going everywhere, including all
over the US. I have a ton of friends over there and can’t wait to get
back there and have some fun. I’m working on my Visa right now so
it won’t be long until I’m there.
Do you have any other hobbies other than art?
Currently not really. I used to be a guitarist in a death metal band
and I’ve toured the world multiple times with that, but it ate up too
much of my tattooing time and I had to step back to dedicate more
time to my art. I miss the stage, but tattooing is where my heart is.
Future plans?
I don’t make plans. I basically wing it daily. i’ll be working on getting
back to the states ASAP and doing a lot of conventions. I’ve also
been offered permanent spots in all kinds of places all around the
US, UK and Europe. I really have no idea but whatever happens,
It’s gonna be a hell of a ride!
