Is it just more comfortable there? I don’t know. I think my voice just kind of floats over every- thing sometimes that makes it feel… I love reverb, I don’t know, I love dreamy things but I also like dynamic so I like when you can have a really dreamy feel but suck it out so it’s dry and bare and loud and rock. And 2019? New single second half of January called “Don’t Stop, Don’t Speak” I’m gonna be doing some acoustic stripped down shows and I do have a band that I’ve been putting together and I’m gonna start rehearsing with them and I think after the release of the next single I’m gonna start do- ing some full band shows. How different is it to be in YOUR band? I was really bad at it for a year because I wasn’t used to being in the front and didn’t know how to be control of an audience and even be comfortable having people watch me other than being hidden by a cymbal. It’s fun now. It’s just a very different feeling. Having to sing and play and “Oh, I have to talk here” and wear something that looks good on stage. It’s a lot. Whole new ballgame. (laughs) Whole new ballgame. “Don’t Stop, Don’t Speak” is out Jan 18th 17
