improving yourself. The day you stop trying, that’s the day you stop growing. You make jewelry as well and the pieces I’ve seen seem like an extension of your tattoos but something that gives you a different kind of satisfaction. I’m guessing there’s a question or two in that statement. I enjoy making jewelry and micro paintings. Those are fun pastimes to me. All of my hobbies are art based. I have a pretty unique style and I feel like there’s a lot of people enjoy a more stylized, artistic approach as opposed to someone who is technically good but can only do flash art. Do you still think female artists are judged harder than men? I’m not sure that female artists are judged harder than men exactly, but it’s certainly a different kind of judgement. It’s unfortunate there are so many double standards in the world, not only in the tattoo industry but in almost any career. It’s something that we all have to work together to put an end to. 65
