and I had realized that after I had gotten to know a few of the tattoo artists, it clicked clicked for me- this is what I should be doing. I was in college at the time, I was going to college for 3 years. I dropped out to pursue my tattoo apprenticeship. Yeah, it wasn’t anything that I planned. I thought for years and years that I would be a Spanish teacher. That was my major in college. I love foreign languages but I also love art, too, and I didn’t think I could make any money doing anything with art, so it was just good luck and good timing.
