your work often? The Woodward Gallery and I have worked together for the last 2 years. My introduction with the Woodward Gallery was through the Gallery Project Space ‘Ghost’, painting 4 street panels. I had such a great response from this that I was then asked to paint (my largest paintings to date) a series for the prestigious Four Seasons Restaurant, NYC. Being hung on the same wall as Pollock, Warhol, Rothko etc etc. Essentially a museum show. This was a huge honor. One thing I really love about your work is I know it’s yours as soon as I see it. How long did it take you to find your style and who has influenced you along the way? I would have spent a good 5 years, 8 hours a day. They say 15000 hours at any practice and you’ll reach your heights. My influences (I hate this question) as there are many, but to name a couple, I’d have to say: Stanley Donwood for his true authentic vision, and Basquiat for his brutal execution. At what age did you realize you could draw? When did you start painting? 160
