Have you had clients come back once their treatments are completed?
C & P: Sometimes.
C: You know what’s weird is we fins a lot of our clients at tattoo shows.
They’re come, check in, or show off their new cover-up. Sometimes they
come back in just to show us. We’re always bugging them to come in and
give us the after photos because those take a while to get to. We’re so jealous of tattoo artists because they get to have the after photo immediately;
immediate gratification. I would kill to have that!
P: On the client’s side it’s all about outlook and knowing that it is a process.
Every treatment is different. Everything you’re experiencing is a protocol. It’s
been tested; you have different reactions every single time you’re treated.
This treatment wasn’t like the one because we feel that the appropriate
treatment for this exact time is what got done to you today. You might blister
this time as opposed to last time or you might not. Your third time will be different as well.
C: Our clients have a full team working on them at Tataway. Our clinical
director, every single morning, goes over every single file of every single
person coming in and she will touch base in the morning with the technicians about what was used the first time and the results. She’ll suggest settings to use and what to do when they come in. If that doesn’t seem to be
working the technician will call her right from the treatment room and they’ll
come up with a different game plan for you. Coming soon every room will
be video conference with the clinical director. So, all of our offices will be
able to video conference between one to the next. This way we will be able
to have the clinical director actually see what’s going on and the reaction
in every Tataway treatment room. Our clients literally have a team working
on them not just one person. We’ve been working on that for a long time.
We have to make sure that everyone of our offices is producing the same
ultimate results at all times. Tattoo removal isn’t cheap and we’re very affordable compared to the industry but we know it’s a big undertaking for our
clients to come up with money to come in and do this. So we want them to
get done as fast as they can. We want to get rid of people as quick as we
can (laughs).
