Tell me about your first bar- tending job. I think I got my first job like so many others do - I fibbed. You see the bartender who was on duty did not show up and so a very frantic manager asked if anyone knew how to bartend. I raised my hand and volun- teered for the job. Of course I had NO idea what I was doing, but thankfully it was the early 90’s and the drinks were not that complicated. After many over pours, under pours, and downright horrible drinks, I made it through the night and fell in love with the craft. I knew I had a long way to go to be- come good at bartending, but I loved making people happy and showed up for work the next day as the new bartender. How is your job on Bar Rescue? I am so thrilled to be working on Bar Rescue for the past two years. Jon Taffer has been wonderful to work with and the show still gets huge num- bers (2-3 million a show). The following is incredible and some cities and towns we go into we still get mobbed. The hours are very long and the show is very real. You really never know what is going to happen on set.
