In terms of individual guitarists , everything from Hendrix to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Slash . Even guitarists like Yngwie Malmsteen and a lot of other guitarists . AA : Red Hot Chili Peppers , Metallica , Blink 182 , Foo Fighters … the list goes on and on . Mainly rock and hip hop . I grew up listening to that . With rock bands it ’ s Rage Against the Machine , Red Hot Chili Peppers . I love how they infuse the rock and the funk . I ’ m feeling that because I also love funk . I love James Brown . I ’ m Haitian and Dominican so I also grew up listening to cumpa , merengue , salsa and all these different caribbean vibes .
