The world-renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma joins the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra for the first time in eight years for a classical season opening celebration under Jonathon Heyward ’ s baton . In addition to welcoming one of the most acclaimed artists of our time , our largest fundraiser of the season will also feature surprise moments and special guests — including talented student musicians from BSO OrchKids and the Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestras .
